Create a ticket in Lumicast. Describe your question and attach a screenshot or file if helpful. Your question, attachments and our replies stay together in the ticket. Support is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours and at weekends we help where we can, but we can’t promise a response time.
