Connect a display, create your first page and choose when it appears.

  1. Connect your display

Install the Lumicast player on your display or connect a separate player. Enter the code shown on your display in Lumicast and give the display a name.

  2. Make a page with Lumi

Describe what you want to show. Lumi, our AI designer, creates an on-brand design. Prefer to design it yourself? Start with a template or a blank page.

  3. Edit your page

Click the text you want to change and type your update. Change a price or time without redesigning the page.

  4. Show live figures

Connect a data source such as Power BI, Google Sheets or your own API and place its figures in your design. Lumicast fetches them again automatically, so you never retype them. This is included in the Team plan.

Type / where the figure should go and pick the field from your data source. From then on it always shows the latest value.
The Lumicast editor with a metalworks’ production board. Where the units count goes, a menu lists the fields of the ‘Productie hal A’ data source with their current values. The other figures already come from that data source.
  5. Schedule your content

Add your pages to a playlist and choose which displays should show it. Set a date range, specific times or a recurring schedule for each page, such as every Friday.

These temporary opening hours are only shown from 19 to 30 July.
A playlist item with a schedule: only between 19 and 30 July.
  6. One message on many displays

Put an offer or announcement on several displays at once. Choose where and when your campaign appears. It plays between the other content.

A weekend promotion on every display tagged ‘Etalages’.
A new campaign called ‘Weekendactie’ for every display tagged Etalages, from 31 October to 1 November.
  7. Keep an eye on your displays

See which displays are online and what they’re showing. Group them by location or department, for example. You can restart supported players remotely.

  8. Work together

Invite colleagues and decide who can edit or publish content. You can create separate workspaces for different locations or departments. This is included in the Team plan.
