What a Belgian organisation will want to know.

We’re based in Hoorn, in the Netherlands. Here’s what that means for you.

Dutch, English or German

Lumicast itself is available in Dutch, English and German, not yet in French. What appears on your displays is up to you, so a French or bilingual page is no problem.

Billed in euros, with your VAT number

Enter your VAT number in your billing details. The VAT on your invoice depends on your country and that number. Pay by card or direct debit, or by invoice with 30 days to pay on a yearly plan.

Your data stays in the EU

Your content and data are stored on servers in the European Union and processed under the GDPR. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Help in the same time zone

Email or call us with questions, or open a support ticket in Lumicast. We help in Dutch or English, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

Displays you can buy locally.

Lumicast is software. Buy your displays from any supplier and connect them with a code.

No separate player

On professional displays from Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS) and Philips (Android), Lumicast runs as an app on the display itself. All you need is a power socket and internet.

A player over HDMI

Does your display only have HDMI? Connect a player: a Raspberry Pi with Lumicast OS, a Fire TV Stick, a computer or our Pixie.

Who mounts the displays?

Our network of resellers is in the Netherlands. In Belgium, your own supplier or installer mounts the displays. Ask them for one of the displays or players above.

Questions about digital signage in Belgium.

Does Lumicast work in Brussels and Wallonia too?

Yes. You manage your displays over the internet, so it doesn’t matter where they hang. Bear in mind that Lumicast itself has no French version. You write your pages in whichever language you like, French included.

Can I show NMBS/SNCB trains as well?

Not yet. In Belgium, the Public Transport app shows De Lijn buses and trams. The NS app is for trains in the Netherlands.

How does VAT work?

All prices exclude VAT. Enter your VAT number in your billing details. It then appears on every invoice, and VAT is calculated from your country and that number.

What does digital signage with Lumicast cost?

You pay a subscription per display: Solo is €17 per display per month billed yearly (€21 monthly), Team €20 (€25 monthly), excl. VAT. De Lijn departures are part of Team. You can try it free for 14 days without payment details. Displays and installation are paid separately.

Can you show it to us first?

Yes. We give online demos with examples that suit your organisation. You’ll see how to make a page and how it appears on your displays. Or try it yourself, free for 14 days.
