Maintenance and software update on Saturday 25 April
On Saturday evening 25 April from 20:00 CEST we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Lumicast platform. We're rolling out a new software release with new features, improvements and UI updates, and expanding our infrastructure to further improve availability going forward.
What this means for you
The maintenance window runs from Saturday 25 April 20:00 CEST until Sunday 26 April 00:00 CEST. During this window the Lumicast cloud may be temporarily less reachable. Interruptions can vary in length — from a few minutes to potentially longer periods within the window. We don't expect a full outage, but we can't fully rule it out.
Content already running on your display(s) that does not rely on a real-time connection to Lumicast will continue to play as normal. Any disruption will mainly be noticeable on the management and login side (the cloud environment).
Once maintenance is complete, you'll see an overview of all new features and improvements the next time you log in. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued Lumicast user!
