Displays now download all the media they may need in advance, one file at a time, so items that haven't played yet still play when the connection drops. Samsung Tizen displays keep storing media their own way.
When a display has been offline for more than 90 seconds and its content depends on a connection, such as a website, an app or live data, it shows a small notice that the content may not be up to date. A display showing stored images and videos stays clean. To always show the notice, turn it on under the display's Features.
The Lumicast app for Windows, macOS and Linux no longer restarts over and over when it can't reach Lumicast before it has been set up. It asks you to connect the display to a network instead, lets you choose a Wi-Fi network or plug in a cable, and continues by itself once it is online.
